How do I know what size to choose?

How long will my order take?

As each item is made to order please allow 7-10 days for fulfilment and 2-3 days for delivery.

Can I collect from the Red Sky Foundation office?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer collection, due to most items being dispatched directly from the printer

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2-3 days. Please note, this does not include fulfilment time.

Will my order be exactly what is pictured?

Whilst we do our best to ensure consistency, please be aware that we may use alternative suppliers to ensure the best available quality and value. This may also cause variations in design. 

Can I return my items?

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. Please email info@redskyfoundation.com to request a return.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If your order is faulty or is significantly not as expected please contact us within 14 days so we can try to put it right. You can contacts us at info@redskyfoundation.com.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the packing and the damaged item(s) and send the pictures to info@redskyfoundation.com within 48 hours of receipt.
